Talk to Gynecologist on Chemical Pregnancy Infertility

A.o.a MF 10months not conceived took clomid for ovulation for cycle but no effect then proper treatment took lezra 4 ovulation inj ivfM (150IU) maturation then inj ivf c( stat 10k IU)4 release then again duphaston has to start on 21 day but after 2 days of ivf c I got spotting from 16 day of ovulation on alternative Days (16,21,23,25,26 CD then urine test positive on 32 day of cycle then again 34 and 35 day of spotting then I was shifted from tablet duphaston to inj gravibinon got relieve from spotting after inj at 6 week 3 day i visit doctor but no sac appear on usg then did beta hcg that is 164.5 (after 6 week 3 days) doctor said chemical Pregnancy thi u will bleed but I didn't after that I repeat usg many time but no sac and no period exactly at my due date of periods I got bleeding with little clots then a strange thing come out and bleeding stop phir dubara bleeding nei hoi bas 4_5 hrs hoi now my question how I will get my periods ?and is it chemical pregnancy kya esa kuch ni
