my wife is in pregnancy in 8th have done ultrasound and pregnancy two weeks she chest pain mainly of left side and this pain moves to left arm,shoulder,neck and jaws .She feels suffocation and pain comes and goes time to time but more frequent in night .We have checked with heart beat is with HB minor issue in thyroid done twice time with with heart beat 134 both time .My wife want to travel by air from Saudi Arabia to it safe to fly with high heart rate and low blood pressure 90/60 and Blood sugar 118. fever 37
