Talk to Gynecologist on Cholastasis Of Pregnancy

I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with cholastasis of pregnancy. It is my second pregnancy and had cholastasis in my first pregnancy also and was given urso 250 mg to be taken twice daily. This time i am consulting a new dr and now i have been suggested to take urso 500mg twice daily. I m a bit confused if it is right dosage for me. My weight is 64kg,,age 32 years
