Talk to Gynecologist on Cholestasis Issue

Hi. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with GDM and ICP. This is my second pregnancy my first pregnancy was IUD in 32 weeks due to preclampsiya. In my current pregnancy my ALT was increasing from 120 to 200 to 288 and now it is 410. My bile acids are 19.96. I am highly concerned i want second opinion my Dr is blank in my case she gave me dexa as well. and i m taking urso 500 mg 3 times as well. What do I have second option left with other than predelivery because delivery is not possible before 37 weeks. I am stuck in this situation. Is there any other way to lower down my ALT?
