I was taking medication to treat my chronic tinea corporis from last Summers August 2018. In December i was in pathetic condition and started taking icon 500 mg for almost 3weeks. Now i am 2 months pregnant and this problem is causing me depression. I can't even take medicine plz help. What should I do.
U can use topical antifungal to just the area involved but use it only when necessary , topical cltrimazole and miconazole have no embrotoxic potentialsbut u cannot use any oral antifungal still delivery and also during lactation

-Dear in very early pregnancy Few medications need to be avoided .
-have strict hygeine, take warm baths and olive oil massage.
-have u should Consult your treating doctor dermatologist and gynae for Combined care.
-u can apply local antifungal creams if needed to avoid symmptoms but not for long time.
-u can have terbenafine 1%(Cream or gel for 2 wks) or miconazole for 3-4 wks.
