when I was pregnant 8th month in my womb his left kidney pelvical hydronephrosis was found with AP 8.4mm after birth when he was 3 days old it was Ap 6mm and at the age of 2.5 months it was he is 3 months old can we do his circumcision with this condition is there any blood tests done before circumcision my baby weight is 5kg
