Talk to Gynecologist on Clexane Inj Requirement

I have had 4 miscarriages in two years. I was thinking of starting clexane inj in next pregnancy. Can anyone tell me what tests should be done to see whether I need clexane or not ? also what is the minimum dose of this injection? I've heard that it's a daily dose for 9months. Taking daily will costs alot so I'm worried about that as well. kindly let me know.

First you need to know whether you are having APLA or not for that you need antiphospholipid antibodies & lupus anticoagulant antibodies test & this test is expensive too. Yes claxane is expensive too but first you need a thorough evaluation by gynecologist & then can advice you test & treatment .so you need in clinic visit
