Talk to Gynecologist on Clomid After Laproscopy

Hello. I had my follicular cyst laproscopy on 7 march as I had 2 cysts measuring 6 cm and other one was of 3 came out to be simple cysts.. during laproscopy my Dr also checked fallopian tubes and found both were blocked and luckily they unblocked laproscopy I had my periods on 27 april I Didn't had period may I had my periods on 4 may...I used clomid from day 2 to day didn't had ultrasound for tracking of egg this month June it's 10 days periods. .sometime it pain at both sides of overies....I usually have 38 to 40 days cycle but brown discharge starts from day 34 or till now no help me...I didn't had pregnancy test as I am afraid to see negative...I heard that clomid can create cyst as should I do.? Please please anyone help me
