Talk to Gynecologist on Clomid, And Aromek

So I have done three cycles of clomid. In the third cycle of clomid, I have done follicular tracking and used ivf m and ivf c injection but I haven't conceived. Now started aromek 2.5mg, took all treatment regarding it. Ivf c and ivf m injection too. I have pcos problem. Im just thinking whats the reason of nt conceiving. Or any diet plan to follow or what should I eat or avoid? Any exercise to start or should avoid exercising as conceive. Plz help me.
