-Dear have to check pregnancy status by having blood test serum Beta hcg . If comes positive then have detailed Evaluation in gynae Emergency to check need of urgent Evaluation.
-Many factors can delay pregnancy,like hormonal imbalance, not using fertile period for sex, illness, Medication etc.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have sex in fertile period of cycle.
-have folic acid daily.
-try to avoid recreational Drugs like caffeine, tobacco, coccaine especially for husband.
- solve all menstrual issues as well.
-send all details and investigations if want to discuss any.
