Dr plz tell me k periods m clots ana normal hain kiya aur mera periods cycle start sy 4 to 5 days ka hi hai my periods are regular alhumadullilah but just 1st day flow hota hai baki days m just spotting hoti hai what is the reseaon of this

Not so much pain in periods bus thori pain hoti hai itni nai hoti k bearable na hu but pain tu hoti hai. No doctor koi hair nai face py no weight gain no acne yes Dr flow first day theek hota hai baki days m just spotting hoti hai and 4 day khatam and 5 day bath lay laiti hu meanz mera cycke 4 to 5 days ka hai. Clots itny nai hoty Dr but hoty hain start m pehle clots aty phir flow start hota fresh bleeding hoti but baki days m just spot
