Talk to Gynecologist on Clotting During Periods

pichlay sal mera pcos diagnose hua tha my periods were highly irregular ( ek mnth huty thay ek mnth skip hujaty thay or phr next mnth huty thy) i took medication and through some exercise or diet i started to get periods in time , now after every 30 days i get my periods .. lkn pichly do teen months se mje bleeding zeda huti h clotting b huti ha ( i dont know k bleeding ki yeh quantity normal hai ya nahi but pehle se comparison kro tw ab zeda huti ha + i change my pad after every 4/5 hours approx ) so anyone out there , could guide me if there's concerned issue plx ?
