The patient is unmarried,not a patient of pcos and its nt even coliky pain in epigastrium,umbilicus and hypochondrium since last 2 is moderate in intensity at night and start in the evening,it becomes lesser in intensity or disappears during day time after taking antispasmodics and other home remedies plus a warm pack,bt at night even these dnt work! No fever,diarrhea or other to proceed?
