meri shadi ko 5 month hogye hn mei try krahi hn baby k liye but mei conceive nhi kr parahi meri cycle bhi regular h 28 29 30 day mei hojati hon maximum or ovalation days mei try krahi hon regular but koi faida nhi horaha or hypothyroidism ka pocha k usme period mei problm hota mean uske symptom kia hote hn

to rule out hypothyroidism you can do tsh levels , for confirmation of ovulation you can do serum progesterone levels on 21st day of cycle , also you will need husband semen analysis in your workup for fertility but ideally atleast wait for one and half year as you are quite young
