- have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- use fertile period of cycle for Conception .
- if periods not regular ,have weight gain or abnormal hairs growth then need hormonal tests with scan for ovaries .
- otherwise husband's semen analysis and for u Hysterosalpingography for tubal patency required if following all above precautions for 3-6 months regularly and not concieves .
