According to report sperm motility is effected and there are less number of sperm with normal shape also. Consult with Urologist.
this is showing little less motility and some pus cells need some medicines and would b ok inshallah.

ok i have seen the report. Your husband has bilateral Varicocele. It is a condition in which testicular veins are dilated and as a result blood accumulates inside the vessls which increases the temperature and damages the sperms and either affect the count or motility or morphology

if it is not operated then in future it completely damage the sperms leading to zero count... So i will advice u to ask ur husband to get this varicocele operated. The best procedure will be Microscopic Subinguinal Varicocelectomy
