It cannot cause any complication, u can have contraception , condoms n withdarwal method are suitable for new couples , but have failure rates , ECP can cause irregularities of cycle but its short term , dont go for injections too, copper IUCD n implants are also long term , so other than condoms n withdrawl method you can use COCPs ..
