Talk to Gynecologist on Concerned Regarding Baby Growth And Medications

1st pregnancy. Lmp: 19 may Recently in 2 check ups my dr said your baby is growing fast like 2-3 weeks ahead. I have done sugar test both fasting and regular, it's normal. No history of diabetes in families of both parents. According to ultrasound i am 32+2 weeks pregnant (12/12/2023). What could be the reason. i have severe backache since 2 months and pain in uterus/bladder area. I have done urine test too. It's also normal with no infection. i am taking Sangobion and CAC1000 plus. now the dr said to take Duphaston daily 2 times for a month, polymalt and osnate-D daily 1 tab for 2 weeks. should i take these medications? as polymalt is for iron and i am already taking iron tablets. and Duphaston is safe to take at this stage of pregnancy? kindly guide me
