Talk to Gynecologist on Concieve But There Are Issues

i have been trying to concieve from last 2 years went through thyroid profile testing, cbc, Hsg ultrasounds everything came out fine including husbands report. i used 4 lezra cycles upon dr recommendation but couldn't conceive dr suggested to go for iui. another dr suggested to go for a tvs scan of mature follicles which i did on 14 day of cycle. as per the report i have pcos and there are no mature follicles and ovulation is not possible in this cycle. my lmp was 23rd march. and next period date was 18th april and i didnt have any periods. on third day i did strip test which came positive and i got beta hcg test done which is also positive. now i am badly confused how is that possible. and if tvs scan was missing something. i am attaching both beta hcg and tvs scan report. also please guide if i need to take any medicine to strengthen the pregnancy?
