-Dear many factors can delay periods like stress, anxiety, sterneous exercise, sudden weight gain or weight loss, illness, medications, hormonal imbalance etc.
-Urine pregnancy test sometime unpredictable for very early pregnancy so it's better to have Serum beta hcg to Check Pregnancy status.
-if comes positive, observe symmptoms and if feel one sided lower abdominal pain then report immediately to gynae Emergency.
Follow with Bea hcg report with detailed history.

Can be a lot of reasons , could be just stress , or a harmonal disturbance or Pco , if this is repetitive then do a harmonal profile , an Usg and repeat pregnancy test after some days , if no periods for another 15 days and u thot pregnant , take harmones for a withdrawal bleed
