Hi drs, i got married on 7th of march, before marriage i got my periods on 27th feb my cycle is about 28-27 days Then i got spot on 24th march at evening n late night strt bleeding it was not so heavey not so low n it stopped after 2 days since i hv headache till now on n off n i feel slightly fever mostly at night n now i feel kind of bloating in my abdomen too so i just want to know that was my period or something implantation bleeding or is it kind of pregnancy symptoms or not please do guide me
do pregnancy test at home and then update as it could be pregnancy
many hormonal changes takes place in female after marriage may b all these occurred bcz of these....u can do strip test to confirm whether it was periods or pregnancy, for headache drink at least 2litres of water daily Inshallah pain will be relieved.
Go for pregnancy test . Mostly marriage disturbs the cycle due to stress and overthinking about pregnancy . Still check it through strip . Implantation bleed is not heavy as u said that u did have bleeding . According to ur date n cycle length ur periods are on time . Feb is 29 days and u said u have 27 days cycle means this month it should be around 24th!
Do pregnancy test and then further management can be discussed

- Dear many factors can delay periods but it's mandatory to check pregnancy status .
- urine pregnancy test is not predictable in Early pregnancy so better to have Serum beta hcg ( blood pregnancy test ) to check Pregnancy status .
- Continue to have folic acid Regularly .
- report immediately One sided lower abdominal pain and spotting / bleeding / passage of Clots .
- follow with Reports .
