Hi doctor, I’m 7 days postpartum with vaginal stitches and haven’t been able to pass stool for 3 days despite taking Duphalac. The stool feels very hard and I’m having rectal pressure and pain. What can I take for immediate relief that’s safe while breastfeeding and on BP medicines?
