Asking for Sister, Female, 27 years old, Kot Sultan
Hello Doctor, I am 27 years old and I need your guidance about my gynaecological history. *History:* 1. At age 15-16, I was diagnosed with small uterus + small ovaries + underdeveloped breast size with absent periods. No cysts seen on ultrasound. Height is normal, 5'4". The gynaecologist then did not order blood tests, only ultrasound, and said it was “not treatable” and prescribed only multivitamins. 2. Later, at the age of 26-27 during kidney stone treatment, a urologist/male specialist prescribed Diane-35 (estrogen + progesterone) tablets. With those, I started getting periods and had a little breast development. 3. I stopped the tablets later, but my periods did not stop immediately. Cycles continued for some time on their own. 4. No short height. No known chronic illness like thyroid/diabetes. *My main concerns/questions:* 1. What tests should I do now at age 27 to find the exact cause of small uterus/ovaries? 2. Do I need hormone/bone health evaluation like FSH, LH, AMH, estradiol, karyotype, DEXA scan? 3. What is the safest long-term treatment plan for my bones, heart health, and menstrual health now?
I can help and guide you all
