Talk to Gynecologist on Continuous Missed Periods

I am concerned about significant changes in my menstrual cycle. Prior to my second abortion, I had regular, 7-day periods. Now, I am experiencing frequent missed periods and 'spotting' that only lasts 2–4 days. Most importantly, I am still missing my periods even while taking Letrozole for ovulation induction. I would like to investigate why the medication isn't regulating my cycle and if there are underlying issues following my recent procedures.
