I'm 27 years old. 2 saal hwy hn shadi ko. 1 saal phly baby delivery kiya hy via c section. contraceptive is liye use karna chahti hn kio ky me abroad shift ho rahi hon is liye mjy 1-2 saal ka gap karna hy. no medical history, periods b regular hn. ab ap btain ky mjy konsa method use karna chaye? kya me pills use kar sakti hon long term k liye? tab y*z. aik doctor ny ye recommend ki hy. she said other methods have more side effects tu ap ye pills 1 year tak use kr sakti hn.
