Assalam o alaikum doctor,
Please kindly tell which cough and flu medicine is safe in pregnancy and their dosage.
28 weeks pregnant, no blood pressure/sugar issues, smooth pregnancy alhamdulillah. Symptoms are runny/blocked nose, wet cough no fever.
