Talk to Gynecologist on Cough Problem

Assalamualaikum, Dear Doctor my wife is four month pregnant. She is facing cough problem last 2 month. I checked her gynecologist. They suggest some allergic tablet and cough syrup but not relief 1%.Now I checked to pulmonologist. He suggest some medicine mention here (Cofhex Syrup, Tab Moncit 10mg,Delight 5mg,Tab Rapicort,Tab Clarilade 250mg and some Revolizer used Mcg Capsule, Cap Verticort,Cap Breavent and Tioveez) .Please tell me Gynecologist these medicine are safe for her pregnancy (Baby).
