Covid And Fibroids Issue

Dear doctors i am covid positive and my doctor prescribed me Loprin 75 mg along with other medicines but at the same time im having fibroids and adenomyosis due to which i always suffer with very very heavy flow during my each cycle
Now the question is i took Loprin for two days n im also on my 8th day of periods and m facing non stop huge bleeding... should i stop loprin? M so sacred, plz help, what to do
