Talk to Gynecologist on Cracked Nipples
Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Islamabad
i m 24/unmarried i m facing this issue from longvtym may b from 3 4 years my nipples r cracked from 6 to 8 mnths i m regularly moisturizing but still the same n now i m feeling some black dot inside the cracked area.. i dont feel any pain r any thing not a discharge. is anything to worry about??

Aoa dear,
Common reason for such problem is dryness due to eczema of nipple or paget s disease.
eczema is a field of skin specialist.
since you r also complaining of a lump i would suggest u should see a surgeon to rule out the other condition. proper assessment is needed.

Get your breast USG. If everything comes out to be normal, then apply bepathan plus lotion to the affected area thrice daily.
If no relief in a week check out with your doctor
