Salam. Six months post partum. Baby is on almost exclusively mother feed. I am giving him cerelac only 1 time. I didn't get my periods after delivery. Now I am feeling something like periods cramps in my ghabrana.. chkr and weakness too. Did pregnancy test that is negative. But still have no periods. What can I do for those cramps? how can I get my periods back?

Salam, you can take over the counter pain killer for your pains. your periods will return to normal eventually, most exclusively breastfeeding mothers do not get their periods until one year.
