Salam. Six months post partum. Baby is on almost exclusively mother feed. I am giving him cerelac only 1 time. I didn't get my periods after delivery. Now I am feeling something like periods cramps in my belly...Dil ghabrana.. chkr and weakness too. Did pregnancy test that is negative. But still have no periods. What can I do for those cramps? how can I get my periods back?
start weaning your baby with other foods too like mashed banana suji k kheer sago dana.just cerelac is not enough... wen did you did your pregnancy test? ap serum b hcg krwa lain aik dafa if confirmed not pregnant then i ll give you medicine....take supplement also
Salam, you can take over the counter pain killer for your pains. your periods will return to normal eventually, most exclusively breastfeeding mothers do not get their periods until one year.

mery c section k stitches py Kafi time sy means almost 2 to 3 months sy aik puss wala pimple type hy...visible hta... any suggestion for that?

Size change Nahi hota to uspe polyfax lagaye. If pus nikal raha he ya Dane ka size bar raha he to doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai

I think you should take Tab like buscopan plus for abdominal cramps .
Use contraception. If you want to induce periods contact via marham.pk
I think you can take any painkiller like buscopan ,.panadol ,spasfone ,wait
for few days if still stuffer then contact with help of merham.pk
