Aoa, I am 31 weeks pregnant, I told my doctor about a sudden sharp pain( tees uthi the) in lower back once for few seconds, it happened the day before yesterday and only happened once ,afterwards I was fine. she asked if I've done some exertion, I told her about intercourse. she suggested me with cyclogest tablet via rectal for 15 days 2 times a day. Is it safe or okay to take that during pregnancy.
It is safe but not needed and if used route is vaginal. You needs through evaluation at clinic to rule out other causes

Well your attending gynaecologist is a better judge but there cud b other reasons for the cause of pain in your lower back...

Actually my stomach is also upset as I have IBS. pichly 2 months achy guzar gaye par abhi phir se my stomach is getting upset.
