Hi. I have been diagnosed with Pcos based on my ultrasound 3 months ago. I have periods irregularity. On advice of doctor, I repeated my ultrasound and report said that I have only one "complicated cyst in right ovary" My LH was normal. FSH was 13.8. I am not overweight at all. Please guide what should I do now. Attaching report for reference.
