Aoa, Please can anyone guide how to take care of yourself after the D&C process? like do and don't? After how much time can I climb stairs n do intercourse? I was given spinal anesthesia while the process and before this I took medicine for 6 days but it wasn't working. TIA

what is yr family .how many kids u have .Any how u should avoid pregnancy for 6 months at least .you can use stairs 1 time daily not frequently, better to use barrier for contraception

you should resume your daily activities if you are fine n if bleeding sttles you can have coitus n wait for atleast 3months for next pregnancy n take multivitamins

can start daily work with in few days once u feel healthy....but exertion better to avoid for 2 to 3 weeks at least or till bleeding settles..sex u can have as soon u feel yourself well enough to do but its better to avoid 2 weeks ...keep in mind that u can be pregnant even after a week of miscarriage.....avoid pregnancy for 3 months after miscarriage
