Talk to Gynecologist on Decreased Fetal Movement

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Karachi

I am 19 weeks 4 days pregnant. I have been noticing less fetal movements from 3 days. Movement pattern is also changed. History of hyperemesis gravidarum. Been taking onset 8mg and esso 40 mg BID for 3 months. Experienced slight increase in thirst in last 2 days, don't know if it's because of change in weather or something else. Should I be concerned about decreased fetal movements or is it normal?
