Talk to Gynecologist on Decreased Movement

21+1 day pregnant took duphaston and IvF 5000IU till 20+4 weeks (last friday) now from sat movements are decreased and are subtle and soft ( i.e; decrease frequency and change im quality) Is it something to be worried about? had anomaly scan at week 20which was normal except 4 chamber view of heart was suboptimal due to fetal position.
