Talk to Gynecologist on Delay Periods For Umrah

Hi Drs, I am 29 y/o and going on umrah on 14 april, my periods are irregular as i get spotting after few days when my period ends. My last periods started on 24 march, i consulted a gynecologist and she gave me Diane 35 to take after my periods end and after 21 tablets of diane i have to start primolut. I only took 3 tablets of Diane 35 and having extreme nausea and vomiting. I dont know if i should discontinue it or not or i can only take primolut before my next periods date?

if you have severe nausea with it you can antiemetics or stop Diane 35

one week before going start primolute one tab 3 times a day and stop when u finish ur holy visit

When should i start using Primolut N, because in its indication its written that we should start it before 3 days of our periods date.

yes if you have quite regular cycles ,you know about exact days then start atleast 3-5 days before periods ,and continue until you are done with umra ,Insha Allah it will keep you bleed free
