Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Period

Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor,

I need your advice regarding a delayed period after taking emergency contraception.

I had unprotected intercourse on 6th October, which was the second day of my predicted ovulation phase according to the Flo app. On 7th October, I took two tablets of Levonorgestrel 0.75 mg (1.5 mg in total) together. After taking the tablets, I noticed a small amount of blood in my urine.

My period was expected on 23rd October according to the app, but it has not started yet. I performed home urine pregnancy tests on 23rd and 27th October, and both results were negative. I have not noticed any pregnancy symptoms either.

Could you please guide me on what I should do next? Should I get a blood beta-hCG test or wait a few more days for my period?
