I am 19yrs old and my periods are delayed frm 2 month i had last time in january i am single but had some masturbation. I am so worried please suggest any tablet. Or please show some concern i am so worried about my periods.

If you did not have any sexual interaction, then know this that masturbation will never cause pregnancy if you are worried about that! My advice it, first off, do not over think if the dalyed periods happened for the first time. Also do not take any tablets. Wait it out for some time and if you still don't get your periods, consult with a gynecologist who is open minded and will be able to help you in a non judgemental way.
