Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Periods

I am married for 7 months almost this is our second cycle trying for a baby. my last two period cycles were 32 days long. Tomorrow will be day 36th of my cycle and still I did not get my periods I did pregnancy test late after evening today and it was negative what could this mean? I faced two irregular cycles after marriage and then they became regular. I am taking inofolic sachets and folic acid from 2 months doctors kindly guide can I be pregnant?
