Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Periods

Hello doctor hope u are doing well. My normal periods cycle was getting delayed from last 3 cycles now this time they are almost delayed for 12 days from last new dates and I am experiencing extreme periods pain from may strat days but not having my periods. Pain is same as that of menstruation but not bleeding. Lifestyle is a bit stressful normal daily routine life stress due to exams and home debates. My main concern is I am having pain mood swings but not my periods today is 12 delayed date from my new cycle dates and according to old dates it's almost a month delayed. I am unmarried and medications are simple not having and co morbid disease I am just a bit sensitive.
