Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Periods/early Pregnancy

Hey, my periods are always on time, as far as I remember they have never been late then 2 days in last decade. This time my periods are 6days late, however I am experiencing one symptoms. I have been taking home pregnancy tests from last 3 days, using the first urine of the day, they are all negative. I did not even get periods spotting yet because of which I am worried. Does this mean I am pregnant? And how can I get assurity about it? Any way to induce my period as I really don't want a child at this stage. Thanks.

Thanks you wait for the period nd bhcg to confirm pregnancy if no pregnancy then take primolut n 5 mg twice daily for five days nd wait for one week to have periods
