My periods arent usually delayed and i get pms before periods which i didnt this time. Periods are almost 4 days late now took two strip tests both are negative. What would you advice? Should i wait for them and then take another test or is the delay in period due to some other reason that im not aware of? Is 4 days delay okay?

The periods could be delayed due to fasting, excercise , wt loss etc
Aoa u should wait for periods and if not repeat strip test after 10 days of missed cycle
AOA kindly go for serum beta hcg test and consult after it
Hav beta Hcg test. If negative then no need to worry and wait for next periods.
If positive then hav scan
