Talk to Gynecologist on Delivery With Pregnancy Induced Hypertension
Asking For Self, Female 32, Bahawalpur
I had my first pregnancy 2 yrs back, diagnosed with severe hypertension in 32 weeks, had emergency csec in 36+4 due to 164/140 bp and very low liquor. Now currently I am 30 wks pregnant. Taking Aldomet but bp is undercontrol, liqour is also fine. Csec is scheduled for 37th week. Is it possible to extend delivery to 39/40 week If bp remains undercontrol with med and if liqour is also fine???

yes you can wait with strict monitoring but I think after 38 weeks elective section must be planned to avoid any mishap.
