Salam. I got Dengue positive on Sunday with platelets 137,000. And today Tuesday morning I’ve got my periods earlier than it’s time. Is this blood loss in periods going to cause any harm? Or can i take a medicine to stop periods till Dengue Ends. My weakness is increasing everyday
