I'm constantly depressed, having severe anxiety and uncontrolled crying episodes every other day for hours n hours. I keep overthinkg scenarios in my head. I'm married for 7.5 yrs and have no kids. my husband kept supporting but now he's also giving up that you cry n get hyper a lot. recently we've started fighting a lot. can this situation improve? do I need counselling or anti depressants?
