Talk to Gynecologist on Determining Fertile Window
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore
My periods start from brown discharge in the form of spotting for 2-3 days. Then I have fresh blood flow for 2.5 days. Then a gap of 12 hours or so and then bleeding for half an hour, after which it ends.I am trying to concieve so need to be sure about ovulation. ▪︎my period day 1 will be counted from the day that spotting starts? Or the first day of fresh blood flow? ▪︎Also, my periods are always on time with pms cramps. But is this flow OK? As I haven't been able to concieve yet. Its been few months of trying. Please help!!

If periods r on time n always brown discharge comes up first n then normal flow starts then we need to investigate it n help u with conception as well, kindly book appointment
