Talk to Gynecologist on Dexamethasone Dose In Pregnancy

I am 32 weeks pregnant (3rd child), both kids born via C section at 37 weeks, both were IUGR. in previous both pregnancies 3 doses of dexa (12mg+12mg+12mg) were administered 8 hours apart. My question is, this time same 3 doses(12mg+12mg+12mg) will be repeated 8 hours apart. or 2 doses(12mg+12mg)are enough 12 hours apart?
