Aoa..28 week pregnant lady ogtt done at 25 that was normal Fasting n random blod sugr level till 28 week normal Now fasting is normal lyk 81 85 89 Bt random after 2 hour is 121 124 of baby is breech n afi is suggest wht should to do

Have diet plan for diabetics ans 30 min walk after each meal. Monitor 1 hour level after meal, not 2 hour level. Baby chages position frequently at this duration of pregnancy. So don't worry.
