Talk to Gynecologist on Diarrhoea In Pregnancy

I am in 8th month of pregnancy i have diarrhoea (extreme watery but no blood) issue for last 5 days. I have taken Biflor sachet and ORS for 3 days but no effect.. Plz tel me what should i do now.. Also tell is flagyl is safe to take in 8th month pregnancy.
My blood test reports and all scans till now are Alhamdulilah fine. Everything normal
