Talk to Gynecologist on Difference Between LMP Weeks And What Scan Shows Weeks

Assalam u aalikum Saima Baji hope you're well my LMP date was 22 January and now I'm facing an issue that my scan shows 2 weeks behind from my LMP date like on 11 October 2025 my scan show I'm 35 weeks pregnant but according to LMP I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my doctor give me the C section date on 22 October 2025 so kindly tell me is it the right date for C section or I should wait some more? And my EDD is 29 October and I also want to ask for dexamethasone injection at this stage is necessary or not??
